Trêve Vital Facial Serum

I'm one of those people who flips to the label before I even look at the marketing copy on a package or product, so full disclosure: yes, I'm a label-reader. And great news: this serum actually held up.

No synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no fillers. The ingredient list is short and easy to read through — you don't have to be an organic chemist to understand what you're putting on your face.

As for how it actually performs on sensitive skin… it works like magic! A couple of drops sink in fast, with no greasy film — just a beautiful glow left behind. My tone looks more even too, which I'm chalking up to the vitamin C doing its thing quietly instead of making my skin freak out.

I'd rather invest in a safer product with a short, honest ingredient list than a long one packed with stuff I'd have to look up or flag as potentially harmful. I really liked this serum! I've tried several oil-based serums in past, and this one was the most comfortable to apply and pleasant smelling. It has a pleasant, light, non-overpowering floral scent. The texture is silky and easy to distribute across the face. It absorbs quite fast too for an oil and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. The residue on my fingertips after applying to the face have also helped sooth and smooth my dry cuticles lol. Would purchase again!

I just tried Trêve's facial serum and absolutely love it. Even though it's oil based it goes on incredibly light and leaves my skin feeling so hydrated, bright, and refreshed. It feels luxurious and easy to wear, and my skin looked more glowy and healthy after using it.
