RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want our customers to be happy, whether or not our products work for you. We accept returns on new, unopened Trêve products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email info@treveskincare.com to request a complimentary return shipping label. Returned items should include your order confirmation or order information. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your return has been received and processed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your unopened item for a refund and placing a new order.
